Adult SSI

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) provides monthly financial support to adults with disabilities who have limited income and resources — regardless of work history. If you're living with a serious medical condition and struggling to make ends meet, SSI may be available to you. Marianne Rebel Brown, Esq. will help you understand whether you qualify and guide you through every step of the process.

We proudly serve Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Cumberland County, Salem County, Ocean County, Atlantic County, and Cape May County, our federal jurisdiction practice allows us to represent Social Security Disability clients nationwide.

Limited Income

SSI is needs-based, meaning your income and assets are taken into account. The rules around what counts — and what doesn't — can be confusing. We'll walk you through exactly where you stand.

Medical Proof

You'll need medical records documenting your condition, symptoms, treatment history, and how your disability limits your daily activities. We help you organize and present this evidence effectively.

If your condition is not listed here, call us anyway. This is not an exhaustive list — we evaluate every situation individually.

Understanding The Appeals Process

After a denial, you have 60 days to file a Request for Reconsideration. If denied again, you have 60 days to request a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. For South Jersey claimants, hearings are held in Pennsauken, NJ. Most favorable decisions happen at the hearing level — this is where cases are won. If needed, we also handle Appeals Council reviews and federal court appeals.

SSI rules are complicated. We'll make them make sense for you.
