Attorney's Fees

In most cases, attorney's fees for Social Security Disability appeals are earned on a contingency basis. In other words, a fee is payable only if the case is won. The fee is 25 percent of the first retroactive benefit check for you and your beneficiaries. Medical record costs are extra. Attorney's fees are set by federal law and must be approved by the Social Security Administration.

If you live in the following South Jersey counties, please call for a free consultation: Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Cumberland County, Salem County, Ocean County, Atlantic County and Cape May County. Call (856) 513-6362.

Good news for my clients who are waiting for hearings. Two judges from other states have recently transferred to the So. Jersey hearing office. Three new judges were hired late last year. That brings the total from 6 judges to 11 (although one will be retiring at the end of 2018). I am noticing reduced wait times!

Last day in Atlanta attending NOSSCR, a national conference for SS attorneys. I arrived early to see the sights. Interesting sessions on MS, cardiovascular conditions, how to discredit SS’s doctor. More learning today, then back to NJ to put it to use
